Lada O Gnimh

I’m passionate about sports and people.

After finishing a Master’s Degree in Business Studies in the Czech Republic, I worked in Marketing and Brand Management for international consumer healthcare companies in Paris and Hong Kong, before moving to Switzerland.

In my marketing career, I learned about the importance of managing high stress levels to achieve peak performance. I understood how practising a sport could contribute to this, while maintaining and improving the mental and physical health of the whole team.

When I moved to Switzerland, I immediately fell in love with the country, its beautiful nature and its people - this feeling was re-enforced by my two children being born here. It inspired me to focus on sports and I became an accomplished swimmer, biker and runner.

I decided to combine my corporate experience with this passion for sports by shifting my career focus to personal and group sports coaching.  In 2014 I have finished advanced studies in Theory of Sports and Nutrition at University of Lausanne, I hold a lifesaving certificate ("Brevet Sauvetage") and I am a qualified Kids Swimming instructor (Jeunesse & Sport) and certified Personal Trainer (Vertigo Diffusion).

I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with you through friendlytrainers.
