is a total body workout on water, on inflated rectangle Aqua-up board/mat. The lessons are fun and adapted to everyone. On the board, we do same types of workout you can imagine on the ground – HIIT, burpees, push-ups, sit-ups… Pilates, yoga… from moderate to high cardio, while having to maintain the core balance and stability. We were amazed how challenging and efficient this is, and want to share it with others. It is a great complementary exercise to athletes as well as fun fitness lesson for non-athletes.
